Iain Ferguson and his team from London North Eastern Railway (LNER) oversaw the installation of 135 defibrillators in railway stations and trains. These life saving machines were purchased from St John Ambulance who have trained more than 50 LNER, who in turn have shared their knowledge with 2,000 employees. This equipment is likely to make a significant difference to the survival chances of casualties. In the past, trains have had to make their way back to stations losing critical time. This is a significant and inspiring investment into employee and passenger health. Watch their incredible story. #EverydayHeroes2019 #StJohnAmbulance #FirstAid For more information visit http://www.sja.org.uk St John Ambulance on Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/sja St John Ambulance on Twitter - http://www.twitter.com/stjohnambulance Subscribe to St John Ambulance on YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/stjohnambulance
